Password Requirements

•      must be at least 8 characters long
•      may only be comprised of the following characters:
•      0-9, A-Z, a-z, / # @ - | _ ~ ! . * % $ + =
•      may not repeat any character more than 2 times in a row
•      may not contain a sequence of characters more than 2 long
•      must contain at least 1 capital letters
•      must contain at least 1 number
•      must contain at least 1 special characters
•      must contain at least 1 lower case letters

*Special Note: Users logging in from mobile devices should be aware of case sensitivity in passwords. Many devices default to capitalizing the first character of an entry, this could create a failed login if passwords do not match. We have had reports of user issues when logging in with Safari so recommend using the Chrome browser.
